Content Removal & Consent Appeals
Last updated: July 2026
If You Appear in Content on CuioGeo
If you are depicted in content on our platform and did not consent to its creation or distribution, or your consent was limited or has been withdrawn, we will remove credible reports immediately while we review.
1. Who May Request Removal
Any depicted person, or their authorized representative, may submit a removal request based on:
- Lack of consent to be filmed, photographed, or depicted
- Withdrawal of consent, or content that exceeds the limits of consent given
- Mistaken identity (content misidentified as depicting you)
- Content that is otherwise unlawful
- Other compliance concerns, including age or identity verification issues
2. What to Include in Your Request
To help us investigate quickly, please provide:
- Content identifier: the URL, video/gallery ID, or other identifying link to the content
- Identifying details: information confirming you are the person depicted
- Basis for the request: which of the reasons in Section 1 applies
- Contact information: so we can follow up and confirm the outcome
- Supporting evidence: if available (e.g. identification, correspondence, prior consent agreements)
Submit your request through cuiogeo.com/report or by emailing compliance@cuiogeo.com.
3. Immediate Removal Pending Review
Content that is credibly reported as illegal, non-consensual, or non-compliant with our policies is removed or restricted immediately, pending the outcome of our full review.
4. Resolution Timeline
We resolve content removal requests within 5 business days of receiving all information needed to investigate. We will confirm the outcome to you directly.
5. Appeals of Disputed Consent Determinations
If we deny a removal request, or if a lack-of-consent claim is disputed by another party (for example the uploader or a co-depicted performer), either party may appeal the determination. Appeals must explain why the initial determination was incorrect and should include any additional evidence.
6. Escalation to a Neutral Body
Where a non-consent determination remains disputed after appeal, CuioGeo will refer the dispute to a neutral body for independent review, at merchant expense.
7. Related Policies
For complaints about content, conduct, or compliance generally, see our Complaints Policy. For concerns involving trafficking, exploitation, coercion, or minors, see our Safety & Anti-Trafficking Policy — those reports receive the same immediate-removal treatment described above.
